Our Partnership with Kinder- und Familienhilfe Namibia
The adoption of a Namibian orphan in 2002 marked the beginning of a meaningful collaboration between Norbert Rothausen from Germany, Sylvia Beukes and Children of Promise Ministries Namibia. What started as a small, private support initiative grew into the association Kinder- und Familienhilfe Namibia (Children and Family Aid Namibia) in 2005. Today, this organisation is our most valued partner outside Namibia.
Our relationship with the Rothausen family has developed into a treasured friendship spanning decades. Since the early days, Kinder- und Familienhilfe Namibia has been a steadfast and committed partner. Through sponsorships and scholarships, the organisation supports our learners both at Anistemi College and Training Centre and at the Talitha Kumi Christian Academy. Wolfram Weigel’s project “Helfende Henne" (Helping Hen) also forms an important part of this cooperation.
The ongoing collaboration with our German friends continues to strengthen and empower us in fulfilling our wide-ranging responsibilities. We are deeply grateful for their dedication, support and the long-lasting bond that unites us.
